Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Awantipora has released an advertisement inviting applications in the prescribed format for the following Non Teaching positions under the project “Photogrammetric Documentation of Artefacts Housed at SPS Museum, Srinagar & Dogra Art Museum, Jammu”. The project is supported by the CSR initiative of J&K Bank.
The available posts are for Data Analyst and Project Assistant. Both positions are purely temporary and will be engaged for a period of six months. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration depending on the post.
As per the notification, applications must be submitted in the prescribed format along with CV, portfolio, and relevant certificates. The complete set of documents should be sent as a single PDF through email to mehranqureshi@iust.ac.in on or before 22nd September 2025. Eligible candidates will be informed about the interview date through the university website and email.

Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility criteria specify that for Data Analyst, candidates must have B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE or B.Arch with two years of experience in image-based data compilation, processing, analysis, and metadata development. A postgraduate degree in the relevant field with culture and heritage sector experience will be preferred.
For Project Assistant, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with one year of experience in data digitization, verification, and management. A postgraduate degree in architecture, graphic design, fine art, or related field with relevant experience is desirable.
