The Office of the Superintendent, Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir, has issued Advertisement Notice No. M/SPN/ESTT/2025/338-40 inviting applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Guest Instructor. The appointment is for the academic session 2025-26 in the trade of Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (NCVTT) under Self-Finance.
As per the notice, the engagement will be temporary and will automatically cease at the end of the session or earlier if the Institute no longer requires the services. The monthly remuneration will be paid according to the candidate’s qualification.
Interested candidates can collect the application form from the office of ITI Shopian and must submit the filled form along with required documents by or before 29th August 2025. Candidates are advised to carefully check the eligibility conditions before applying.

Vacancy Details:
ITI Shopian has invited applications for the following post: Guest Instructor in Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (NCVTT) under Self-Finance with remuneration of Rs. 7,500 per month for Degree holders and Rs. 7,000 per month for Diploma holders.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying must hold one of the following qualifications. A Degree in Commerce or Arts with shorthand and typing with one year experience in the field. Or a Diploma of minimum two years in Commercial Practice. Or an Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with two years relevant experience. Or NTC/NAC passed in the relevant trade with three years experience. Preference will be given to those with a Craft Instructor Certificate.
