Indian Space Research Organisation, Space Applications Centre (SAC) Ahmedabad has announced openings for Project Scientist-I and Project Associate-I positions. As per the official notification, there are 13 vacancies across different disciplines. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online within the given application window.
According to the notification, the upper age limit for all posts is 35 years as on 22 September 2025, with relaxations as per government rules. The salary offered is Rs 56,000 plus HRA for Project Scientist-I and Rs 31,000 plus HRA for Project Associate-I. Selection will be carried out on the basis of academic record shortlisting followed by an interview.

Eligibility Criteria:
For Project Scientist-I, candidates must have a Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences or M.E./M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering or Agriculture IT with minimum 60 percent marks or CGPA 6.5. For Project Associate-I, candidates must have M.Sc. in Geo-informatics/Remote Sensing/GIS or B.Tech in Agriculture IT/Geo-informatics/Agricultural Engineering or B.Tech in Computer Science/Data Science or M.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences with minimum 65 percent marks or CGPA 6.84. The maximum age for all posts is 35 years as on 22 September 2025. Relaxation applies for SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates as per rules.
