Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST), Awantipora, Kashmir has officially opened online applications for admission to its B.Tech Engineering programmes for the academic session 2025. Candidates who have appeared in JEE Main (Paper-I) 2025 and meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply. The B.Tech programmes offered include Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Robotics & Automation.
As per the official notification, admission will be strictly based on the candidate’s performance in JEE Main (Paper-I) 2025. Interested candidates must fill and submit the online application form available on the IUST official website within the stipulated dates.
The online application process will begin from 24 April 2025 and close on 08 May 2025. Candidates are advised to check their eligibility before applying, and ensure submission of all required documents online.

Eligibility Criteria of B.Tech Engineering Programmes Admission 2025:
Candidates applying must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
1) Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 from J&K BOSE or any other recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
2) Competitive Exam Requirement:
Must have appeared in JEE Main (Paper-I) 2025.
Note: Admission shall be based strictly on the JEE Main (Paper-I) 2025 scores only.

Application Fee:
The application fee is ₹500 and is to be paid online only. No hard copy needs to be submitted to the university; however, applicants must keep a copy for their records.
Selection Process:
Admission will be granted strictly based on the performance in JEE Main (Paper-I) 2025. No additional entrance exam or interview will be held.
