Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Awantipora has officially released an advertisement inviting applications for the position of Research Associate under the JC Bose Fellowship Program sponsored by DST-SERB. The position is available under the project led by Principal Investigator Dr. Ayub Qadri and focuses on understanding the regulation of inflammatory responses during disease conditions.
As per the official notification, the appointment will be on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance and project duration. The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated monthly emolument of ₹58,000 plus HRA as per DST norms. Candidates must have a PhD or equivalent qualification in biological sciences or a medical field, with at least one publication in a Science Citation Indexed journal.
