  • General Manager (Finance): CA/CMA or B.Com with MBA (Finance)
  • Deputy General Manager (HRM): Bachelor’s degree with Postgraduate qualification in HRM, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations
  • Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with the other language as a compulsory subject
  • Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Posts: B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline
  • Deputy Manager (Mineral): B.E./B.Tech in Mineral Processing or Mineral Engineering

Age Limit: The maximum age varies by post, with the highest limit being 50 years. Age relaxation applies as per government norms.
