Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC), a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, has invited applications for empanelment of advocates and law firms. This panel will be responsible for representing and defending IRCTC before various courts and tribunals in Delhi.
As per the notification, advocates or law firms with a minimum of three years of experience before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi can apply. Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format to the Law Officer, IRCTC, along with the required documents, before 9 July 2025. Submissions received after the due date will not be considered.
The empanelment will remain valid for three years from the date of approval. IRCTC reserves the right to accept or reject any application at any stage without assigning reasons, and no claim or dispute will be entertained in this regard.
