Eligibility Criteria of IRCON Vacancies
Educational Qualification
- Full Time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 60 percent marks
- Degree must be from a recognised University or Institute approved by AICTE or UGC
Experience
- Minimum one year post-qualification experience in civil construction works
- Candidates with experience in building works will be preferred
- Teaching, training, consultancy or freelancing experience will not be counted
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 30 years as on 01 January 2026
- Age relaxation as per Government of India rules
Salary and Benefits
- Fixed consolidated pay of Rs. 36,000 per month
- 5 percent annual increment after every completed year
- PF deduction with matching employer contribution
- Medical insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 4000 per year for a Rs. 3 lakh policy
- One leave per calendar month
- TA or DA admissible for outstation duty
Medical Standards
Candidates must be in sound health and free from colour blindness. No relaxation in medical standards.
