IRCON International Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, has released Advertisement No. 19/2025 inviting applications in the prescribed format for regular posts in the Finance discipline. This notification announces vacancies for Joint General Manager/Finance and Manager/Finance positions.
As per the notification, the maximum age limit is 45 years for Joint General Manager and 37 years for Manager. Candidates must hold a CA or CMA qualification with post-qualification experience ranging from 6 to 14 years depending on the post and sector of employment. Selected candidates will receive pay in the scale of Rs 80,000–2,20,000 for Joint General Manager and Rs 60,000–1,80,000 for Manager along with allowances and other benefits as per company rules.

Vacancy Details:
This drive aims to fill 2 posts of Joint General Manager/Finance and 1 post of Manager/Finance.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for Joint General Manager/Finance must possess CA/CMA with 14 years of post-qualification experience in PSU, Central or State Government, Railways, Public Sector Banks, or Private Sector. Experience should include project accounts, Ind AS financial statements, taxation, budgeting, MIS, financial modelling, treasury, and SAP-ERP proficiency. The maximum age limit is 45 years. For Manager/Finance, candidates must have CA/CMA with 6 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant fields, and the maximum age limit is 37 years. Teaching, training, consultancy or freelancing experience is not considered relevant.

Applications must be submitted offline in the prescribed format typed on A4 size paper. The filled application with copies of documents and demand draft should be addressed to Joint General Manager/HRM, IRCON International Limited, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi – 110017. The envelope must be superscribed with post name and advertisement number.
Application Fee:
The application fee is Rs 1000 for UR and OBC candidates, while SC, ST, EWS, PwD and Ex-serviceman candidates are exempted. The fee must be paid through demand draft in favour of IRCON International Limited payable at New Delhi.
Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of a written examination and/or interview. Shortlisting will be based on eligibility and experience criteria. Selected candidates will be required to execute a surety bond of Rs 3 lakhs to serve the company for at least three years.
