IRCON International Limited, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has released a new notification inviting applications for Works Engineer/Civil positions on a contract basis. The posts are for deployment on IRCON’s Bihar projects and are not part of the company’s regular establishment.
According to the official notification (Advt No. C-15/2025), there are 2 vacancies available, reserved for candidates belonging to the SC category. The engagement will be for an initial period of one year and may be extended depending on performance and project requirements. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay of ₹36,000 along with applicable benefits.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a full-time graduate degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or institution approved by AICTE/UGC.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 30 years as on 01.05.2025. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
Experience: Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in civil construction works is required. Teaching, training, consultancy, or freelancing experience will not be considered.
