IRCON International Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, has released Advertisement No. 12/2025 inviting applications for the post of Executive in Civil discipline. The recruitment will be made on a regular basis and the position involves posting anywhere in India or abroad depending on project requirements.
A total of 15 vacancies have been announced for Executive (Civil) posts in the E-0 pay scale. Eligible candidates must have at least two years of post-qualification experience in CPSEs working on highway or railway track projects with turnovers of ₹1000 crores or more.

Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 + allowances (IDA Pattern)
Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
– Full-time graduate degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks from an AICTE-approved university/institute
Experience:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in execution of highway or railway track projects
– Experience must be with a construction CPSE with annual turnover not less than ₹1000 crores in either 2023–24 or 2024–25
– Only regular/contractual employment on roll of CPSE will be considered
– Teaching/Consultancy/Training/Freelancing not valid
Age Limit (as on 01 May 2025):
– Maximum: 33 years
– Relaxation: As per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates
Medical Requirements:
– Candidate must be in sound health and free from color blindness

Selection Process:
