Experience Requirements:
- Total post qualification experience of 9 years
- Minimum 3 years experience in a listed company
- Experience related to company law, SEBI regulations, secretarial standards and corporate governance
- Teaching, training, consultancy or freelancing experience will not be considered
Pay Scale and Compensation
The selected candidate will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 70000 to 200000 under IDA pay scale along with allowances and performance related pay as per company rules.
