IRCON International Limited, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has issued an official advertisement inviting offline applications for regular posts in the Civil Engineering discipline. The vacancies are for the positions of Joint General Manager (Civil) and Deputy General Manager (Civil) under Advertisement No. 16/2025.
The positions are based in IRCON’s various projects across India and abroad. Applicants must meet the specified post-qualification experience, age, and educational criteria as on 01.05.2025. Eligibility Criteria of Civil Posts in IRCON 2025:
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a full-time Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from an AICTE-approved institute or university. Preference will be given to candidates holding a full-time ME/M.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
Age Limit:
The upper age limit is 45 years for Joint General Manager and 41 years for Deputy General Manager as on 01.05.2025. Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. rules and IRCON norms.
Experience:
For JGM: A minimum of 13 years of post-qualification experience is required in design work related to Railways/Metro/Highways/Buildings or EPC projects.
For DGM: A minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experience is required in planning, costing, and estimation in related infrastructure sectors.
Other Requirements:
Candidates from PSU/Govt. must be working in the equivalent pay scale or have required service length in the lower scale. Applicants from the private sector must have equivalent CTC and experience. Freelance, consultancy, or training experience will not be considered relevant.

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria must submit their applications in the prescribed format by post. The application form must be sent to Joint General Manager/HRM, IRCON International Limited, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi – 110017 on or before 20th June 2025.
Application Fee:
Candidates belonging to UR/OBC category must pay ₹1000 as application fee through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of “IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED” payable at New Delhi. SC/ST/EWS/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying the fee.
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on a written exam and/or interview depending on the number of applications. Only candidates meeting all eligibility criteria will be called for the selection process. A three-year service bond of ₹3 lakh is mandatory upon selection.
