The Indian Navy has officially released the notification for Agniveer (MR) vacancies for the 02/2025, 01/2026, and 02/2026 batch under the Agnipath scheme. As per the notification, the selection will include multiple stages such as an online entrance test, physical fitness test, and medical examination. Important Dates:
The registration process for Indian Navy Agniveer MR 2025 will begin from 29 March 2025. The last date to apply online is 10 April 2025. The correction window will remain active from 14 April 2025 to 16 April 2025. The INET exam is expected to be conducted in May 2025 and shortlisted candidates will proceed to Stage II in July 2025. Training for 02/2025 batch is scheduled to commence in September 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have passed Class 10 from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Only candidates born between 01 September 2004 and 29 February 2008 are eligible to apply. How to Apply:

Application Fee:
Candidates are required to pay an application fee based on their category. The payment must be made through online mode. General, OBC, and SC/ST candidates are required to pay ₹550 plus 18% GST.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of the Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET), followed by a Physical Fitness Test (PFT), written exam, and medical examination. The INET exam will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions from Science, Mathematics, and General Awareness. It will be a computer-based test of 30 minutes. Candidates must qualify in all sections and meet the aggregate cut-off. Stage II includes a 1.6 km run, squats, push-ups, sit-ups, followed by a medical test as per Navy standards. Final selection will be based on merit list from Stage II and medical fitness.
