Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Junior Project Engineer Posts:
- Chemical – B.Sc. in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks.
- Electrical – 3-year Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Electronics – 3-year Diploma in Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation.
- Mechanical – 3-year Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering / Mechatronics.
- Optics & Coating – B.Sc. with Physics and Mathematics as major subjects.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience after qualification.
For Junior Project Manager (Finance & Account):
- B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university
- OR CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) / CS (Inter)
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in Finance & Accounts
- Proficiency in Tally Software is mandatory

Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary package including:
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
- Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- Medical Allowance ₹1,500 per month
- Annual Increment of 3% based on performance
