Educational Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline OR MBA/PGDBM/B.Tech/CA/CWA/LLB from a recognized institution.
Experience (as on 31 March 2025):
Manager (Grade B): Minimum 7 years overall experience with at least 2 years in financial advisory, project finance, contract management, or legal fields.
Assistant Manager (Grade A): Minimum 2 years experience in financial institutions, banks, or similar roles.
Age Limit (as on 31 March 2025):
Manager (Grade B): Not more than 40 years
Assistant Manager (Grade A): Not more than 30 years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India guidelines.

Phase I – Online Examination:

Negative marking: 0.25 for each wrong answer
Phase II – Interview:
- Technical and behavioural interview – 100 marks
- Final selection will be based on the combined score of written test and interview (weightage 40:60)
