The Intelligence Bureau under the Ministry of Home Affairs has released an official notification inviting online applications for 3717 vacancies of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade–II/Executive (ACIO-II/Exe). The application process is open from 19 July 2025 to 10 August 2025.
As per the official advertisement, candidates must be between 18 to 27 years of age. Applicants must possess a Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized university. The selection will be conducted through a three-tier process comprising a written exam (Tier I), descriptive paper (Tier II), and Interview (Tier III).
Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of the Ministry of Home Affairs at mha.gov.in. A total application fee of ₹650 is applicable for General, EWS, and OBC categories. Candidates are advised to go through all the eligibility conditions before submitting their application online.

Eligibility Criteria:

Tier I will consist of 100 multiple choice questions from current affairs, general studies, numerical aptitude, reasoning, and English. Tier II will be a descriptive paper of 50 marks. Tier III will be an interview round. Final selection will be based on combined performance in all three stages and is subject to verification of character, antecedents, and medical fitness.
