The recruitment is focused on staffing fertilizer complexes located in Gorakhpur, Sindri, and Barauni.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a full-time engineering degree, diploma, or postgraduate degree depending on the position. Fields include Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Materials Management, and more. For Junior Engineer Assistant positions, a three-year full-time diploma or B.Sc in PCM is required with relevant experience in fertilizer or petrochemical industries.
Age Limit: Varies by post – from 30 years for entry-level Engineer/Officer to 44 years for Additional Chief Manager. Relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.
Experience: Candidates should have post-qualification experience ranging from 2 to 16 years depending on the role. Experience in fertilizer, chemical, refinery, or power plant operations is preferred.
