Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has released a recruitment notification for the position of Senior Manager/Chief Manager – Company Secretary. The recruitment is open to Indian Nationals, and the selected candidate will be posted at Corporate HQ, Mumbai, with job transferability as per company policy.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for this position must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements.
Qualification:
Candidates must have Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) along with a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Additional qualifications such as Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy, or Law will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Candidates should have 12 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 6 years in a listed company OR 15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 9 years in a listed company.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit is 39 years for Senior Manager and 42 years for Chief Manager. The maximum upper age including all relaxations cannot exceed 56 years.
Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹90,000 – ₹2,60,000 per month.
Application Fee:
For General/EWS/OBC category candidates the application fee is ₹1180 (₹1000 + 18% GST). However SC/ST/PwBD are Exempted fom fee. Candidates must ensure their payment status is completed. Once the fee is paid, candidates should print the payment acknowledgment slip for future reference.
