Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, has released the official notification for Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Engineering) posts for 2025-26. The apprenticeship will be conducted as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 across HPCL locations pan India.
Eligible candidates must be Indian nationals who have completed their engineering degree after 01 April 2022. The engagement is for one year, and the online application process is open until 30 May 2025. Interested candidates must be registered on the NATS 2.0 portal to be eligible for consideration.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:
– B.E./B.Tech in the specified disciplines with minimum 60% aggregate for Gen/OBC-NC/EWS
– Minimum 50% aggregate for SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH) candidates

– Only NATS 2.0 registered and approved candidates will be considered
Age Limit (as on 30 May 2025):

– Maximum: 25 years

Other Conditions:
– Candidates with one year or more of work experience are not eligible
– Those already engaged in apprenticeship elsewhere are not eligible

The selection process includes:
– Shortlisting based on engineering degree marks and eligibility
