Educational Qualifications:
I) General Manager (IT):
Full-time regular B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/Integrated Dual Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT from a recognized university or institute.
Preference for candidates with PG qualification in Computer Science/IT/Cyber Security/Information Security.
II) Chief Manager (Law):
Full-time Degree in Law (3 years) or Integrated Law Degree (5 years) with First Division or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/institution.
Degree must be recognized by the Bar Council of India. A PG degree in Law is desirable.
Age Limit (as on 27 April 2025):
General Manager (IT): Maximum 52 years
Chief Manager (Law): Maximum 44 years
Experience:
i) General Manager (IT):
Minimum 22 years post-qualification experience in executive/gazetted cadre in IT domain, preferably in the power sector.
Should be in the pay scale of ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 (E8 IDA) or equivalent. Private sector applicants must meet emoluments criteria.
Preference for OEM certifications in Cybersecurity, Cloud, Database, etc.
ii) Chief Manager (Law):
Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience in handling legal matters in PSUs, government organizations, or reputed private organizations.
Should be working in pay scale of ₹90,000–2,40,000 (E6 IDA) or equivalent.

The application fee for the recruitment process is ₹900 for General category candidates. SC/ST/PwBD category applicants are exempted. Payment must be made online through the application portal.
Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be based on the scrutiny of applications followed by a personal interview.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 40% for all categories.
