Govt Polytechnic College Doda Guest Faculty Posts (Civil, Mech, Chemistry, English & More)

Government Polytechnic College Doda has invited applications from eligible candidates for the engagement of Guest Faculty and Demonstrators in various disciplines for the ND-2025 session. The engagement is purely temporary and will be for a duration of 2 to 3 months only.

As per the official notice issued by Govt. Polytechnic College Beoli Doda, guest faculty will be hired for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, OMCA, Chemistry, Physics, and English disciplines. Selected candidates will be paid Rs. 750 per lecture/hour subject to a maximum of Rs. 20,000 per month. The selection process includes evaluation of qualifications, experience, and an interaction session.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Civil Engineering, a Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks is required.
For Mechanical Engineering, a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks is needed.
For Computer Engineering, candidates must have a Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology with at least 55% marks.
For OMCA, candidates must possess either M.Com or a Three-Year Diploma in OMCA with minimum 55% marks.
For Chemistry, an M.Sc in Chemistry with at least 55% marks is required.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of evaluation of qualifications, higher qualification, teaching experience, GATE/NET/SET score, and interaction. A total of 100 points are allocated, with 80 for basic qualification, 5 for higher qualification, 5 for teaching experience (1 point per year), 5 for GATE/NET/SET, and 5 for interaction.
