Government Medical College (GMC) Doda has issued Advertisement No. 08-GMCD of 2025 inviting applications for various tenure-based posts including Senior Resident, Tutor, and Demonstrator in different departments. These appointments are for a period of one year and may be extended up to three years as per SO-364 of 2020.
As per the official notification dated 2nd June 2025, the vacancies are open to both PSC and Non-PSC doctors. Educational Qualifications
For all posts, the essential qualification is a postgraduate degree of MD/MS/DNB/MDS or higher qualification such as MCH/DM/DNB (super specialty) in the concerned subject.
Other Requirements
PSC candidates must provide an NOC from their parent department. Non-PSC candidates will be appointed on a consolidated pay equal to the basic pay of Medical Officer/Assistant Surgeon as per SRO-93 dated 15-04-2009.
Age Limit
As per standard government norms applicable to medical residency/tutor posts.
