Eligibility Criteria:

The essential qualification changes by post and may include engineering degrees in relevant disciplines, LLB, MBA, CA or CMA, BCom with MBA, MBBS and other full-time recognised courses. The minimum marks required range between fifty-five to sixty-five percent depending on the post and category. Experience requirements range from one year to twelve years in the relevant field. All qualifications must be from regular programmes of recognised institutions. The upper age limit varies by category and grade, ranging from thirty-three years to forty-six years, with additional relaxation for PwBD and ex-servicemen. The maximum possible upper age is fifty-six years including relaxations.
How to Apply:
Applicants who satisfy the conditions can apply through the online portal of GAIL. The form must be filled with correct personal details, qualifications and experience information, followed by submission within the given dates. No physical submission is required at the initial stage.
Application Fee: The application fee for candidates belonging to the OBC non-creamy layer category is Rs. 200/-. Candidates from the SC, ST and PwBD categories do not need to pay any fee.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on the process defined for each post. Shortlisting will be followed by group discussion or an interview. Some posts may require a physical endurance test, a writing exercise or a skill test depending on the discipline. Candidates from the PwBD category may undergo a case study or writing exercise instead of a group discussion. The minimum qualifying marks are sixty percent for unreserved, OBC and EWS categories, fifty-five percent for SC and ST, and fifty percent for PwBD in the interview stage.
