Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Institute of Medical Excellence (Medical College & Associated Hospital, SMVDNSH), Kakryal has invited applications from eligible candidates for faculty positions in various departments. The available posts include Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors across multiple medical specialties.
According to the official notification issued by SMVDIME, the maximum age limit for applicants is 67 years. The selected candidates will be appointed on a term employment basis for five years, with a possibility of regularization based on performance. Monthly pay for the selected faculty will range from Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,15,900 depending on the post level.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialty from an NMC-recognized institution. All applicants should have completed the basic course in Medical Education Technology and the Basic Course in Biomedical Research from institutions designated by NMC. The posts require different levels of teaching and research experience including positions as Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in recognized medical colleges along with the required number of indexed publications as per NMC norms. Age Limit:
The maximum age at the time of appointment is 67 years. Engagement will be terminated upon attaining 70 years of age.
Other Requirements:
Candidates must have teaching experience in a recognized medical college and relevant research publications indexed in recognized databases like PubMed, Medline, or Scopus, as per NMC guidelines. One year Senior Residency is required for Assistant Professor posts.
