Eligibility Criteria:

For Senior Manager (Projects), candidates should have a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering with 12 years of relevant experience. Maximum age limit is 40 years.
For Manager (Projects), a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. in the same disciplines is required with 8 years of relevant experience. Maximum age is 36 years.
For Manager (Copper Smelter), candidates must hold a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering with 8 years of experience in copper smelter design or operations. Age limit is 36 years.
For Manager (Aluminium Smelter), a similar qualification in metallurgical engineering with 8 years of experience in aluminum smelter design or operations is required. Maximum age is 36 years.
For Manager (DRI), candidates must have a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Metallurgy, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 8 years of experience in DRI or Blast Furnace Plants. Age limit is 36 years.
For Deputy Manager (Projects), a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil with 4 years of experience is needed. Maximum age is 32 years.
