The Engineers India Limited (EIL) has officially released the Notification, inviting online applications from eligible candidates for the selection of Management Trainees (MT) in various engineering disciplines.
The recruitment is open to candidates who have appeared for GATE 2025 and meet the required eligibility criteria. The application process is conducted online, and interested candidates must submit their applications through the official website before the last date, 7th April 2025.
Vacancy Details of EIL MT Recruitment 2025:
The total number of vacancies announced under EIL MT Recruitment 2025 is 58, distributed across multiple engineering streams.
Management Trainee (Chemical Engineering) – 12 vacancies
Management Trainee (Mechanical Engineering) – 14 vacancies
Management Trainee (Civil Engineering) – 18 vacancies
Management Trainee (Electrical Engineering) – 8 vacancies
Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will receive a monthly pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000, along with applicable benefits and allowances as per company norms.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education Qualification:
Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline with a valid GATE 2025 score.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit is 28 years as of the closing date. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per government regulations.
Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be based on the following stages:
1. GATE 2025 Score – Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE 2025 scores in the relevant discipline.
2. Personal Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, where they will be assessed based on their technical and professional knowledge.
The final merit list will be prepared based on the GATE 2025 score and interview performance.
