Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria vary by post. Senior Managers must hold B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) with 65% marks and 11 to 12 years of relevant experience. Managers require an engineering degree with at least 8 years of experience. Deputy Managers need an engineering degree with 4 years of experience. Engineers (CS/IT) require B.E./B.Tech. with 65% marks and 1 year of experience. Junior Secretaries must be graduates with shorthand/typing skills (90/40 wpm), computer proficiency, and 5 years of experience. The maximum age is 40 years for Senior Manager, 36 years for Manager, 32 years for Deputy Manager and Junior Secretary, and 28 years for Engineer.
