Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) has released the official notification for the recruitment of 18 posts of Amin (Trainee) under departmental selection. The ECL Amin (Trainee) Recruitment 2025 notification was issued on 21 March 2025. Only permanent employees of ECL are eligible to apply for these positions.
As per the official guidelines, eligible candidates must ensure they meet the required qualifications and conditions before applying. The last date for submission of the application is 07 April 2025, and the final submission through respective departments to HQ must be completed by 17 April 2025.

Pay Scale: T&S Grade-D
Note: The recruitment is open only to regular and permanent employees of ECL.
Eligibility Criteria of ECL Amin (Trainee) Posts:
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to apply for the post of Amin (Trainee):
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
Other Requirement: Must have qualified the Amanat Examination.
Age Limit: As per ECL recruitment norms.
Additional Eligibility Conditions:
- The candidate must be a regular and permanent employee of ECL.
- The Annual Confidential Report (ACR) for the year 2023–24 must have a minimum rating of “GOOD.”
- Vigilance/Departmental clearance should be clean.
Selection Process:
The selection process for the Amin (Trainee) post will be conducted as follows:
- Written Test: Selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the written examination.
- Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured in the written test.
Note: The merit panel will remain valid for six months from the date of recommendation by the selection committee.
