The Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) has released Advertisement Notice No. 233-DSEJ of 2025 for the hiring of Cluster Resource Coordinators (CRCs) for teaching support on a temporary basis. This engagement is valid till the end of the academic session 2025-26, i.e., 31 March 2026, for Government High and Higher Secondary Schools across districts of Jammu Division.
Postgraduates with at least 50% marks and who are domiciles of the respective districts of Jammu Division are eligible to apply online. The monthly remuneration for selected candidates will be ₹25,000, subject to character and antecedent verification by the Special DG CID J&K.
The online application window is open from 12 July 2025 to 18 July 2025. Subject-wise and district-wise merit lists will be prepared, and candidates will be selected based on qualifications and experience as per the defined point system.

Vacancy Details:

Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must:
Be a domicile of the concerned district in Jammu Division (UT of J&K)
Have a Postgraduate degree in any subject with a minimum of 50% marks
Be below 40 years of age as on 01 January 2025 (born between 01-01-1985 and 01-01-2007)
Additional qualifications like M.Phil and Ph.D in the relevant subject, and teaching experience at HS/HSS level will be considered for merit calculation.

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on a 100-point scale:
Post Graduation: 80 points
M.Phil: 2 points
Ph.D: 3 points
Experience in relevant subject at HS/HSS level: 7.5 points per academic year, up to 15 points
In case of a tie, preference will be given based on PG percentage, followed by UG marks and then age.
