The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), through its Recruitment and Assessment Centre (RAC), has announced 148 vacancies for the post of Scientist ‘B’ in DRDO, Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), and other Ministry of Defence establishments. The recruitment is open to graduate engineers and postgraduates in science, including final year students, who meet the eligibility criteria.

Application Fee:
– ₹100 for UR, EWS, and OBC male candidates
– No fee for SC/ST/PwBD and Women candidates

Selection Process:
– Shortlisting based on GATE score
– Ratio of 1:10 candidates for each post
– Shortlisted candidates must appear for a personal interview (tentatively in June 2025)
– Minimum qualifying marks in Interview: 70% (UR), 60% (reserved categories)
– Final merit = 80% GATE + 20% Interview
