The essential educational qualification for the post is a full-time B.S./B.Tech/B.E. or an equivalent degree. Candidates with a B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science and a post-graduation in a technical field may also be considered. Preference will be given to those holding an MBA or M.Tech. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solutions sales or consulting is required, especially with expertise in preparing technical proposals for government clients. Prior experience in a government-facing role is highly desirable. Candidates familiar with a startup environment or innovation sprint execution will be at an advantage. Preference will be given to natives of the region fluent in the local language. Formal education and experience requirements may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
