CSIR-Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), New Delhi, has released the official notification inviting online applications for Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Junior Stenographer (JST) posts. A total of 209 vacancies have been announced across its constituent laboratories in Delhi under CSIR.
As mentioned in the official notification of CSIR-CRRI, the upper age limit for the posts ranges from 27 to 28 years depending on the post and category. The selected candidates will receive salaries under Pay Level 2 and Pay Level 4 as per 7th CPC. The final selection will be based on written examination and skill tests as applicable.

Important Dates:
The registration process for CSIR-CRRI Junior Secretariat Assistant and Junior Stenographer posts will begin from 22 March 2025. The last date to submit the application is 21 April 2025 up to 05:00 PM. The written examination (Computer-Based Test) is likely to be held in May/June 2025. Qualifications Required:
For Junior Secretariat Assistant posts, candidates must have passed 10+2/XII or its equivalent from a recognized board or university. They must also possess a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer.
For Junior Stenographer posts, candidates must have passed 10+2/XII or its equivalent from a recognized board or university. Additionally, they should have a minimum speed of 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 27 years for Junior Secretariat Assistant and 28 years for Junior Stenographer posts. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.

Application Fee:

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of a computer-based written test. For Junior Secretariat Assistants, candidates will also have to qualify a typing test. For Junior Stenographers, a stenography skill test will be conducted in addition to the written test. Final selection will be based on merit in the written exam and qualifying the respective skill test.
