Cluster University of Srinagar has released an official advertisement inviting online applications for engagement of Faculty on academic arrangement in various subjects for the academic session 2025–26. The notification was published under Advertisement No. 05 CUS of 2025 dated 26.05.2025.
This academic arrangement is for teaching Postgraduate and Five-Year Integrated Courses in the constituent colleges of the Cluster University of Srinagar. The engagement will be purely on a temporary and need-based basis for one academic session only.
As per the notification, applicants must meet specific qualification standards, and selection will be based strictly on merit, as per UGC guidelines. Applications can be submitted online through the university’s official website before the specified deadline.
Interested candidates who meet the requirements must submit their online applications by 9th June 2025. Additionally, hardcopies of the online applications with relevant self-attested documents must be submitted between 9th to 17th June 2025 at the Office of the Registrar, Cluster University of Srinagar.

This academic arrangement aims to engage eligible candidates for temporary teaching assignments in the following subjects:
Bio-Chemistry, Botany, Business Administration/Management, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Applications, Economics, Education, English, Environmental Science, Geography, Information Technology, Journalism & Mass Communication, History, Physics, Political Science, Zoology, M.Ed., Artificial Intelligence, Data Science.
Eligibility Criteria of Faculty Posts:
Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) or Grade B in UGC’s seven-point scale. Additionally, candidates must have qualified NET/SLET or hold a Ph.D. in the concerned subject unless exempted by UGC regulations.
Teaching experience and research qualifications will be evaluated as per a detailed point-based merit system, which includes academic performance, NET/JRF/SLET, publications, and experience in UGC-recognized institutions. Only experience before the last date of submission will be considered valid.
Application Process for Cluster University Srinagar Notification 2025:
Applicants must apply through the official website www.cusrinagar.edu.in. Hard copies of the filled application form, along with self-attested copies of all required documents, must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar from 09.06.2025 to 17.06.2025 by 5:00 PM.
Application Fee: A non-refundable application processing fee of ₹100 is to be paid.
Selection Process: The merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s academic record, NET/JRF/SLET qualifications, research publications, teaching experience, and awards as per UGC guidelines. No interview will be conducted. Shortlisted candidates will be notified through the university website.
