Age will be calculated as on the last date of submission of application. Maximum age for reserved categories is 43 years, for Persons with Disabilities 42 years and for in service candidates 50 years.

Selection Process
The recruitment process will include the following stages.
Written Examination
The written exam will carry 100 marks. Candidates must secure at least 50 percent marks to qualify for the next stage.
Skill Test
The skill test is a mandatory qualifying test. Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:30 for the skill test.
Interview
Twenty candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on merit. The interview will carry 20 marks.
Final Merit
The written examination marks will be reduced to 80 marks and the interview will carry 20 marks for preparation of the final merit list.
