
Cluster University of Jammu has released the official notification inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for the post of Head Assistant. The appointment is open for candidates who are already retired or those likely to retire within six months from a university system.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have experience of working in a university system.
Age Limit: The candidate should be below 64 years of age as on 01 January 2025. Those retiring within six months are also eligible to apply. The upper limit for engagement is 65 years.
Other Requirements: The appointment will be purely on a contractual basis. It may be extended based on performance and requirement. The service can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice or salary in lieu.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates shall be made by a Committee constituted by the university. No TA/DA will be paid for attending any part of the process.
