Central University of Jammu has released the official notification inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Posts. There is 01 vacancy open for the mentioned position.
As mentioned in the official notification of the Central University of Jammu, the upper age limit for the mentioned post is as per UGC guidelines. Candidates selected for the Junior Research Fellow position will receive a fellowship of ₹25,000 per month initially for two years and ₹28,000 per month in the third year for NET/GATE qualified candidates. For non-NET/non-GATE candidates, the stipend is ₹14,000 per month initially and ₹16,000 in the third year. The selection of applicants will be based on the interview process.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics or allied subject with more than 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates possessing a valid GATE or NET score will be preferred.
Age Limit: As per UGC guidelines.
Other Requirements: The candidate must be willing to carry out research work related to ion beam induced nano-structuring of semiconductor surfaces. Full-time dedication to the project is required. Accommodation may be provided based on availability.
