BPCL Opens Online Applications for 125 Executive and Secretary Posts – Apply by 4 July

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has released an official notification inviting online applications from eligible candidates for multiple entry-level roles. The vacancies are announced for the posts of Junior Executive, Associate Executive, and Secretary across engineering, finance, and administrative domains.

According to the notification and corrigendum released by BPCL, a total of 125 posts are available. The recruitment process includes a screening round, computer-based test, and interview. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹1,40,000 depending on the post.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Junior Executive (Engineering), candidates must hold a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required. The upper age limit is 32 years.

For Associate Executive (Engineering), applicants must possess a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg) degree in the same core disciplines with at least three years of experience. Minimum marks are 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). The upper age limit is 32 years.

For Junior Executive (Accounts), candidates must be graduates with Inter CA or Inter CMA and a minimum of five years of experience. The age range is 30 to 35 years.

For Associate Executive (Quality Assurance), applicants must have an M.Sc. in Chemistry with a specialization in Organic, Inorganic, Physical, or Analytical Chemistry from a recognized university with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). A minimum of three years of experience is required. The upper age limit is 32 years.

For the post of Secretary, candidates must have passed 10th and 12th along with a 3-year bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant work experience. The maximum age limit is 32 years.
