The available posts include Havildar (Security) and Driver, and the recruitment is exclusively for eligible Ex-Servicemen.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications and Experience
Havildar (Security): SSLC (Pass) with a minimum of 15 years of service in the Armed Forces (preferably Infantry, Artillery, or Armoured Corps).
Driver: SSLC (Pass) with a minimum of 15 years of service in the DRIVER trade of the Armed Forces.
Desirable: Valid Light & Heavy Commercial Vehicle driving license, computer literacy, and ability to speak, read, and write in Hindi and English.
Age Limit (as on 1 May 2025)
Havildar (Security): UR – 43 years, SC – 48 years
Driver: UR – 43 years, OBC-NCL – 46 years
Reservation is 100% for Ex-Servicemen as per notification.
How to Apply:
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria must apply through the official BEL website www.bel-india.in. No hard copy or manual application will be accepted.
Candidates must upload scanned documents including photographs, educational certificates, discharge certificates, Sainik Welfare Board registration proof, and identity/address proofs.
Selection Process:
Selection for Havildar (Security) will be based on a Physical Endurance Test followed by a written test. For Driver posts, the selection will include a Driving Test followed by a written test. Both tests will be held at Delhi/NCR only.
