Bharat Electronics Limited has issued an official notification inviting applications for 67 positions of Project Engineer and Trainee Engineer. As per the BEL notification Advt. No. 383/HR/HLS&SCB/2025-26 dated 02.09.2025, the age limit for Trainee Engineer is 28 years and for Project Engineer is 32 years as on 01.09.2025. Selected candidates will be engaged on a temporary basis with fixed tenure. The salary package ranges from 30,000 to 55,000 per month depending on the post and tenure.

SC, ST, and PwBD candidates must have pass class. For Project Engineer, candidates must have BE/B.Tech with minimum two years of relevant post-qualification experience.
The upper age limit is 28 years for Trainee Engineer and 32 years for Project Engineer as on 01.09.2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government guidelines.

Application Fee:
For Trainee Engineer, the application fee is Rs.150 plus GST. For Project Engineer, the fee is Rs.400 plus GST. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on a written test followed by an interview. The written test will carry 85% weightage and the interview 15% weightage. Candidates must secure qualifying marks in both stages to be considered for selection.
