Eligibility Criteria of BEL Member Research Staff Vacancies

Age relaxation is applicable as follows:
OBC (NCL): 3 years

Teaching, academic, research, internship, banking, financial institutions, or trainee experience will not be considered as relevant industrial experience.
Pay Scale and Allowances
The pay scale for Member (Research Staff) in E-III Grade is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000 with annual increment of 3 percent.
In addition to basic pay, allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Performance Related Pay, medical benefits, provident fund, gratuity, pension, and group insurance will be applicable as per company rules.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Written Test
- Interview
Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:7 based on written test performance. Call letters will be sent through email only. Final results will be published on the BEL website.
