Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released an official notification for the recruitment of 28 Project Engineer-I posts. The positions are for the Military Communication SBU at its Bengaluru Complex and are available on a temporary basis.
Candidates with B.E/B.Tech in relevant disciplines and at least two years of post-qualification industrial experience are eligible. The initial engagement period is for three years, extendable by one more year based on performance and project requirements. Experience:

• CCTV / Data Centre / Sensor-based IoT Projects
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IP-enabled products
Age Limit (as on 01 May 2025):
– Maximum age: 32 years (General)
– Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years (in addition)

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on:
– Written Test: 85% weight
– Interview: 15% weight
– Candidates shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio will be called for interviews based on written test performance
– Final results will be published on the BEL website and offer letters sent via email
