Eligibility Criteria of BGSBU Vacancies
Eligibility conditions for Assistant Professor and Teaching Assistant positions are given below.
For Assistant Professor (Non-Engineering)
- Good academic record with at least 55% marks at Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject.
- Must have cleared NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or SLET/SET.
- Candidates with Ph.D. degree as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016 are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
For Assistant Professor (Engineering Disciplines)
- M.Tech or M.E in relevant subject from a recognized University.
- Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
For Teaching Assistant
- Candidates not possessing Ph.D., M.Tech or NET/SLET may be considered as Teaching Assistant if eligible candidates are not available.
Salary Details
The selected candidates will be paid a consolidated monthly salary as given below.
