The All India Institute of Medical Sciences has released the official notification inviting online applications for various Group B and Group C posts under the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-4). A total of 1383 vacancies are available across multiple institutes participating in this examination.
As mentioned in the notification, candidates between 18 and 30 years of age, depending on the post applied for, can submit the application form online. Selected candidates will receive salary as per the 7th CPC pay levels assigned to each post. The selection will be based on a computer-based test, followed by a skill test for specific posts and document verification.
Interested candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria can submit their online forms on the AIIMS website before 2 December 2025. Applicants must also pay the applicable fee unless exempted. Educational qualification, age limit and other key details from the notification are given below.

The registration process for AIIMS CRE 2025 will begin from 14 November 2025 and continue until 2 December 2025. The advertisement was released on 14 November 2025, and the exam is scheduled between 22 and 24 December 2025.

Eligibility:
Candidates interested in applying can check the eligibility criteria, age limit and other requirements in the notification. Educational qualifications vary according to each post and include 10th pass, 12th pass, diploma, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and technical certifications as mentioned in the notification. Age limits begin at 18 years and extend up to 35 years depending on the post applied for. Experience requirements must be fulfilled after acquiring the minimum educational qualification. Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, ex-servicemen and other eligible categories as per rules.
How to Apply:
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria can submit their applications online through the AIIMS official portal. The process includes registration, filling in details, uploading documents and making the required payment.
Application fee:
The application fee must be paid online. General and OBC applicants must pay 3000, while SC, ST and EWS applicants must pay 2400. PwBD applicants are exempted from payment.
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of a computer-based test followed by a skill test for specific posts. The CBT includes 100 questions for 400 marks with a duration of 90 minutes. There is a negative marking of one-fourth mark for every wrong answer. Candidates qualifying the CBT must appear for the skill test where applicable. Final selection will be based on performance in the CBT and completion of document verification.
