Work Experience Requirement


For Deputy Manager (E-IV) posts, candidates must possess relevant post-qualification industrial experience.

B.E./B.TechMinimum 8 years of relevant experience
M.E./M.TechMinimum 6 years of relevant experience

Teaching, academic or research experience will not be considered as valid industrial experience.

Pay Scale and Allowances


Pay ScaleRs. 60,000 โ€“ 3% โ€“ Rs. 1,80,000

In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Performance Related Pay, medical benefits, provident fund, gratuity, superannuation pension and other benefits as per company rules.

Selection Process


The selection process consists of a written test followed by an interview. Candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:7. The written test carries 85 percent weightage and the interview carries 15 percent weightage.
