Jammu & Kashmir Development Finance Corporation Ltd (JKDFC) has issued an official advertisement inviting applications for multiple positions in its Accounts, Finance, and Human Resource departments. The recruitment is open to qualified candidates across the Union Territory, with specific posts reserved exclusively for Ladakh domiciles.
As per the notification issued by JKDFC, the posts include Management Executive and Executive Assistant roles with varying specializations. The maximum age limit is 32 years as on 30 June 2025, with applicable relaxations for reserved categories. Appointments will be made on a pay scale ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 (IDA pattern).

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: For all Accounts & Finance posts, candidates must have either qualified Chartered Accountancy/Cost & Management Accountancy or completed a regular full-time two-year MBA/Postgraduate Degree/Diploma with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA with specialization in Finance. For the Human Resource post, a regular MBA or Postgraduate Degree/Diploma with specialization in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management is required.
Experience: For the Management Executive post, a minimum of five years of post-qualification executive experience is mandatory.
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 32 years as on 30 June 2025. Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates applies as per rules.
