HIL (India) Limited has released an official notification inviting offline applications for various managerial and technical positions. A total of 13 vacancies are available for roles such as General Manager (Technical), Additional General Manager (Finance), various Managers in Marketing, Finance, HR & Admin, and Microbiologist.
According to the HIL notification, candidates must meet post-specific educational qualifications and experience requirements. The maximum age limit ranges from 40 to 52 years depending on the post. Eligibility Criteria:

For General Manager (Technical), candidates must hold a degree in Chemical Engineering with 16 years of experience in a chemical factory and 5 years in a managerial position. The upper age limit is 52 years.
For Additional General Manager (Finance), a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant qualification is required along with 14 years of experience in senior managerial roles. SAP knowledge is desirable. The upper age limit is 50 years.
For Manager (Marketing), a postgraduate degree in Agri-Business Management or Agricultural Sciences is required with 5 years of experience in sales and 2 years in a supervisory role. Age limit is 40 years.
For Manager (Finance), the required qualification includes CA, Cost Accountant, or MBA in Finance with 5 to 7 years of experience, including 2 years in a responsible position. Age limit is 40 years.
For Manager (HR & Admin), candidates must have an MBA or PGDM in HR or Labour Welfare with at least 60% marks and 5 years post-qualification experience, including 2 years in a responsible role. MS Office knowledge is mandatory. Age limit is 40 years.
For Microbiologist, candidates must hold an M.Sc or M.Tech in Microbiology or Biotechnology with 7 years of experience in microbial fermentation and quality control. Age limit is 40 years.
