ERNET India has officially announced a short-term contractual opening for the post of Administrative Assistant (Procurement). This opportunity is based in Delhi and is open to eligible graduates and postgraduates with experience in procurement, especially through GeM portal.

According to the official notification from ERNET India, the appointment will initially be for one year, extendable based on performance and organizational needs. The selected candidate will receive a monthly remuneration between ₹35,000 and ₹50,000. The selection will be done through an interview, and shortlisted candidates will be informed accordingly.

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline with 4 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, or Postgraduate in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience in government departments.

Age Limit:

Other Requirements:
Hands-on experience in GeM procurement and all types of bidding on the GeM portal is essential. Candidates must have knowledge of e-files, drafting letters, purchase orders, work orders, and office memos. Working knowledge of MS Office, GFR rules, and procurement procedures is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in e-office or who have served in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies.
