Bureau of Police Research & Development Staff Car Driver Vacancies announced for Headquarters and CDTI Units

The Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has released a recruitment notification for the post of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) through direct recruitment. These posts fall under the General Central Service, Group-C, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial category.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: The candidate must have passed 10th standard and should possess a valid driving licence for motor cars. Additionally, they must have knowledge of motor mechanism and be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle. A minimum of three years of experience in driving a motor car is required.

Other Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates who have served for at least three years as Home Guards or Civil Volunteers.

Age Limit: The age limit is 18 to 27 years. Government servants can avail age relaxation up to 40 years as per central government norms.
