NHPC Trainee Engineer Recruitment Vacancy Details: NHPC Limited has invited applications for Trainee Engineer posts as mentioned below:-
- Trainee Engineer (Civil): 22 posts
- Trainee Engineer (Electrical): 17 posts
- Trainee Engineer (Mechanical): 50 posts
- Trainee Officer (Finance): 9 posts
Educational Qualification:
1. Trainee Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) Discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade or AMIE (enrollment upto 31.05.2013) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
2. Trainee Officer: CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / ICWA or CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (formerly known as Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India). Passed Candidates are eligible to apply.
Salary of NHPC Trainee Engineer: Grade / Pay Scale (E2 Rs. 50,000 -3%- 1,60,000/-)
Age Limit: Maximum age as on 22.01.2024 is 30 Years.

- Take out the print of the registration form generated by the system in duplicate with a Unique application ID for future reference, after making payment (if applicable).

Selection Process:
- For Trainee Engineer (Civil), Trainee Engineer (Mechanical)& Trainee Engineer (Electrical): Candidates shall be shortlisted out of the candidates registered with NHPC as per merit based on the Normalized marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding paper of GATE 2022 and online Document Verification. Provisionally selected candidates shall be extended “Offer of Appointment” on provisional basis. Eligible candidates should have qualified and secured a valid score in the corresponding paper of GATE 2022.
- For Trainee Officer: Candidates shall be shortlisted out of the candidates registered with NHPC as per merit based on the CA/CMA score and online Document Verification process.
